What Is Dermaplaning?

Discover the power of Dermaplaning and how it can rejuvenate your skin at our office in Lone Tree. You'll get a silky-smooth texture and a radiant, youthful appearance to boost your confidence. Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation technique that gently removes dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) from the surface of your skin. Dr. Buford performs this non-invasive treatment using a sterile surgical scalpel. He expertly glides across your skin to reveal a smoother, more luminous complexion.

How Dermaplaning Works

Say goodbye to unwanted facial hair and hello to a smooth, radiant, and camera-ready complexion.

Dermaplaning exfoliates the outer layer of dead skin cells, revealing a fresh canvas underneath. The gentle scraping motion of the scalpel triggers your skin's natural healing response. This stimulates cell turnover and promotes the growth of new, healthy skin cells.

This technique also removes peach fuzz for a smoother, more even skin texture and a vibrant, youthful appearance. This allows for a flawless makeup application and gives your skin a smoother, airbrushed finish.

The Benefits of Dermaplaning

Discover the benefits of dermaplaning, from improved skin texture to enhanced product absorption.

Enhanced Skincare Product Penetration

Dermaplaning enhances the benefits of your skincare products by removing the barrier of dead skin cells and peach fuzz.

With this treatment, your serums, moisturizers, and other daily essentials can deeply nourish your skin. This maximizes their benefits and promotes optimal results.

Smoother, Softer Skin

Dermaplaning leaves your skin feeling remarkably smooth and soft to the touch. Removing dead skin cells and peach fuzz reveals a fresh, rejuvenated complexion that feels velvety and luxurious.

Instant Radiance

One of the immediate benefits of dermaplaning is the instant radiance it brings to your skin. Exfoliating the dull outer layer makes your skin appear brighter and more vibrant, with a healthy glow that turns heads.

Natrelle® Breast Implants
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Breast implants are not lifetime devices. The longer patients have them, the greater the chance they will develop complications, which may require more surgery. Breast implants have been associated with a cancer of the immune system called breast implant–associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL). Some patients have died from BIA-ALCL. Patients have also reported a variety of systemic symptoms such as joint pain, muscle aches, confusion, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases, and others.

Natrelle® Breast Implants are for breast augmentation and revision surgery in women at least 22 years old for silicone-filled implants and women at least 18 years old for saline-filled implants.

You should not get breast implants if you currently have an active infection, untreated breast cancer or precancer, or are pregnant or nursing. Tell your doctor about any conditions you have, any medications you are taking, and any planned cancer treatments. Breast implantation is likely not a one-time surgery.

Having implants removed and not replaced may lead to permanent cosmetic changes of the breasts. Breast implants may affect breastfeeding. Gel implants may rupture without symptoms, so periodic imaging after surgery is recommended.

Key complications are reoperation, implant removal, implant rupture, implant deflation with saline-filled implants, and severe capsular contracture.

Talk to your doctor for more information.

The use of Natrelle® Breast Implants is restricted to licensed physicians who provide information to patients about the risks and benefits of breast implant surgery.
